Christmas Blessing
This year our Christmas Blessing is an opportunity to love on those at Christ Community Church. We are encouraging you to nominate people within the church body to receive a blessing. In years past we have opened this blessing to our community, but this season we will be blessing those in the chairs and pews next to us. We have an intergenerational church with many young families, young professionals, singles of all ages, empty nesters, Prime Timers, and all those in between.
• Do you know someone who is shut in or dealing with a health issue?
• Or someone who lost a loved one this past year?
• Do you know a single parent who could use an extra helping hand?
• Can you name someone who will be spending Christmas alone?
• What about a couple who needs a date night?
• Do you know a person who is always giving to others above themselves?
• What about the Young Adults who are working two jobs and still are barely making rent?
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. Galatians 6:9-10
The next step is to fill out the attached nomination form. You will need to include the name and contact information for the family or person you want to bless. We encourage you to have a conversation with them to let the person know they will be contacted by December 2nd by a CCC staff member. We are thankful to pesent this opportunity to bless others within our body this year. We are praying for you, as you pray about who to bless this Christmas season.
